By using GDN Pro services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  • "Platform": Our website and digital tools
  • "Project": Specific work agreed between the parties
  • "Freelancer": Independent professional who is part of our network

Freelancer Network

We connect clients with specialized freelancers for specific projects, acting as intermediaries and guaranteeing service quality.

4. Client Obligations

Client Responsibilities

  • Complete information: Provide all data necessary for the project
  • Content: Supply texts, images and required materials
  • Timely feedback: Review and approve deliveries within agreed times
  • Timely payments: Make payments according to established schedule
  • Necessary access: Provide hosting credentials, domains, etc.
  • Communication: Keep communication channels open
  • Decisions: Make project decisions in a timely manner

Our Commitments

  • Professional quality: Deliver high-quality technical work
  • Deadline compliance: Respect agreed schedules
  • Regular communication: Keep informed about progress
  • Technical support: Provide assistance during development
  • Confidentiality: Protect sensitive client information
  • Best practices: Apply industry standards
  • Documentation: Deliver necessary technical documentation

6. Payments and Billing

Payment Structure

  • Advance: 20-30% upon signing contract
  • Partial payments: According to project milestones
  • Final payment: Upon completion and delivery
  • Currency: Dollar (USD)

Payment Terms

  • Deadline: 15 natural days
  • Methods: Transfer, card, Stripe
  • Billing: With valid tax data
  • Late fee: 2% monthly for delay

Late Payment Policy

In case of payment delays, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend project development
  • Apply late interest
  • Retain deliverables until payments are regularized
  • Cancel contract for non-compliance

7. Intellectual Property

Client Rights

Once full payment is completed, the client obtains:

  • Full use rights of developed code
  • Ownership of provided content and materials
  • License to use custom designs
  • Access to source code (when applicable)

Rights Reserved by GDN Pro

  • Development methodologies and processes
  • Proprietary frameworks and libraries
  • Technical knowledge and experience
  • Right to show project in portfolio

Third-Party Licenses

Some components may be subject to third-party licenses. The client is responsible for complying with these licenses in the use of the final product.

8. Warranties and Support

Quality Warranty

  • Functionality: 90 days for critical bugs
  • Compatibility: Main browsers
  • Performance: Basic optimization included
  • Security: Best practices applied

Included Support

  • Duration: 30 days post-delivery
  • Scope: Error correction
  • Schedule: Mon - Sat
  • Response: 24-48 hours

Additional Maintenance

Continuous maintenance, content updates and new features are available under separate contracts with preferential rates.

9. Limitations and Exclusions

Liability Limitations

  • We are not responsible for client data losses
  • We do not guarantee specific marketing results
  • We are not responsible for content provided by the client
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project
  • We do not cover indirect damages or lost profits

Warranty Exclusions

We do not guarantee:

  • Functioning on obsolete browsers
  • Compatibility with unauthorized modifications
  • Performance on inadequate hosting
  • Problems caused by third parties

10. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by Client

  • Before start: 90% refund of advance
  • During development: Payment for completed work
  • Partial delivery: According to progress percentage
  • Penalty: 20% for cancellation without justified cause

Termination for Non-Compliance

We may terminate the contract immediately if:

  • Client does not make agreed payments
  • Does not provide necessary information
  • Requests illegal or unethical activities
  • Breaches contract terms

11. Confidentiality

Confidentiality Commitment

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of:

  • Client commercial and strategic information
  • Technical and system data
  • Financial and operational information
  • Any information marked as confidential
  • Personal data according to our privacy policy

Duration: This obligation remains in effect during and after the business relationship, without time limit.

12. Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process

  1. Direct negotiation: Attempt to resolve amicably
  2. Mediation: Resort to neutral mediator
  3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration process
  4. Jurisdiction: Courts of the corresponding City

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute will be resolved in competent courts.

13. Modifications

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified:

  • By email to active clients
  • Through notice on our website
  • With minimum 30 days advance notice

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
